Forest Heights childcare & OSC follows a monthly menu plan. Breakfast, Two snacks (that is one morning and one in the afternoon), and a cooked hot lunch are provided. For snacks at least two of the four food groups are represented and all four groups are covered at lunch. It is our daycare policy to ensure that adequate nutrition according to the current Canada Food Guide is met.
